Innovans Palm Industries Sdn. Bhd (Hereinafter referred as ‘Innovans’) was incorporated on 24th April, 1996 under the Malaysia Companies Acts 1965. Since the incorporation the Company has been actively involved in Trading, Import & Export, Packing, Storage Tank and Process of Palm and Lauric products with an average volume of approximately 5,000 to 10,000 Metric Tons(MT) monthly both locally and overseas.

Having years of experience in the industry, Innovans acquired oil palm plantation located in Sri Jaya , Pahang supply Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB). The company then expanded its facility to have a built-up office and factory that comes with more than 10,000 MT storage tank capacity in Telok Gong, a strategic place in Port Klang. The Company also holds another 15 acres of land for future factory expansion.

With the strong facility as back up, Innovans advanced into edible oil packaging export market due to rising demand from our valued customers.

Innovans’ plant in Port Klang manufactures and trade both edible and non-edible palm oil. Edible oil is mainly for export and non-edible oils are mainly catered for animal feed and biodiesel industry. Innovans has separate storage tanks and pipeline to segregate edible and non-edible oil products.

Cenergi Classic Sdn. Bhd. is a joint venture between Cenergi SEA Berhad and Classic Palm Oil Mill Sdn Bhd , leveraging expertise in renewable energy to develop sustainable biogas solutions for the palm oil industry.

It specializes in the development, investment, operation, and maintenance of a biogas power plant that converts Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) into renewable energy. The plant operates under a Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement (REPPA) with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for 21 years, supplying clean energy to the national grid.
