Who We Are

Classic Group of Companies ("Classic") was founded in 1996 under the Malaysia Companies Act 1965.

Since its establishment, the Group has been actively involved in trading, import and export, packaging, tanker lorry transport services, cargo services, and the processing of palm and lauric products, serving both domestic and international markets.

With extensive industry experience, Classic Palm Oil Mill and Classic Segamat Palm Oil Mill, subsidiaries of Classic Group, have acquired palm oil plantations in Negeri Sembilan and Johor , ensuring a consistent supply of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to support its operations.

To further strengthen its capabilities, Classic Group established Innovans Palm Industries Sdn Bhd, a key subsidiary located in Telok Gong, Port Klang. This strategically positioned facility, with a storage tank capacity exceeding 10,000 metric tons, enhances the Group’s ability to efficiently serve both local and global markets.

Recognizing the increasing demand for edible oil packaging, Classic Group expanded its operations with two dedicated plants in Selangor: Bukit Seribu Holdings Sdn Bhd in Balakong and Jaburan Sdn Bhd in Tanjong Sepat, supplying edible oil to the domestic market, while export operations are managed through its Port Klang facility.

In line with its growth strategy, Innovans Logistics Sdn Bhd was established in 2023 to provide tanker and lorry transport services, catering to both internal and external logistics requirements.

With a solid foundation, industry expertise and a commitment to excellence, Classic Group continues to expand its presence in the palm oil and logistics sector, delivering high-quality products and services to meet the demands of an evolving global market.
