Classic’s plantation and manufacturing division is spearheaded by Innovans Palm Industries Sdn. Bhd., a company actively involved in the processing, packing, and export of palm and lauric products. With its own oil palm plantations supplying Fresh Fruit Bunches, Innovans operates from a strategically located facility in Telok Gong, Port Klang, featuring over 10,000 MT of storage capacity and room for future expansion on an additional 15-acre site.

Bioenergy

Classic’s commitment to sustainability drives its leadership in bioenergy through Cenergi Classic Sdn. Bhd., a joint venture with Cenergi SEA Berhad. The company develops and operates biogas power plants that convert Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) into clean energy, reducing environmental impact while enhancing resource efficiency.

Trading

Classic’s trading division, led by Classic Counters Sdn Bhd and Classic Bionergy Sdn Bhd, plays a vital role in meeting market demands across import, export, and domestic channels. With a strategic focus on palm oil, lauric oil, and biofuel feedstock, the division ensures reliable supply and competitive access to key commodities. By combining market insight with operational agility, Classic continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner in the global bio-based commodity landscape.

Classic’s transport division is operated by Innovans Logistics Sdn. Bhd., which manages and coordinates tanker and lorry transport services to support the Group’s internal supply chain as well as external delivery needs.

Who We Are

Classic Group of Companies ("Classic Group")
was founded in 1996 under the Malaysia Companies Act 1965.

Since its establishment, the Group has been actively involved in trading, import and export, packaging, tanker lorry transport services, cargo services, and the processing of palm and lauric products, serving both domestic and international markets.
